Problems Occurred in the Use of Rails

Steel rail is prone to some problems in the use process, and these problems are mainly manifested in the following eight forms:

1.Seamless welding low collapse and empty hanging.  Wear and collapse of welded seam and heat affected zone of seamless line are relatively fast, and saddle-shaped wear irregularity occurs during operation, thus increasing the additional power of welding, which is the main reason for low collapse and empty suspension of welding.  At the welding point, the bed board knot, collapse subsidence, mud boiling, sleeper failure, etc. accelerated the welding of low collapse and empty suspension.

2.The seamless line thermite welding head arch back.  The main reason is that the welding process is not perfect, which leads to the permanent deformation of the geometry and position of the welding place and causes the phenomenon of welding arch back.

3. Road bed board knot, slip collapse subsidence, mud.  It mainly occurs in the section where concrete sleepers are laid and saddle-shaped abrasion occurs, and the shares under the curve are more common. Railway track china manufacturers

4.Joint rail seam or blind seam.  Line creep causes large rail joints or blind joints of joints.  Rail deflection is the main reason for line creep, followed by longitudinal force of train operation, rail temperature change, wheel impact on rail at joint, train braking, etc.  When the line is of poor height, free hanging, insufficient fastening pressure, loose clamping plate and insufficient longitudinal resistance of ballast bed, the line creeps more seriously.

5.Rail joint wrong tooth.  Include left and right dislocations and upper and lower dislocations. The left and right dislocations are mainly caused by hard bending of the rail ends. Most of the upper and lower dislocations are caused by high and low dislocations on the top surfaces of the new and old rails after rail replacement. In addition, the track bed elastically sinks to plastic sinking due to rail surface irregularities, while fatigue permanent deformation can also cause the upper and lower dislocations of rail joints. 6.Rail joint nozzle.  Most of them occur on the curve, which is caused by hard bending of the rail end, deformation of the clamping plate, blind joint of the line, insufficient lateral resistance of the track bed, knot of the track bed plate, loosening of the clamping plate bolts, etc.

7.The end of the rail saddle wear, rail top surface peeling, block and bolt hole crack.  Saddle-type wear at the end of rail mostly occurs in the section where concrete sleepers are laid, and most of the wear is under the curve and develops rapidly.  Rail breakage occurs mostly at the quenching boundary and rail end, mostly on the curve.

8.Low collapse and empty hanging rail joint.  This kind of disease generally occurs in large rail joints, upper and lower staggered teeth, poor tamping, track bed collapse, mud pumping and sleeper failure areas, and the lower strand of curve is more common. Railway track china manufacturers
