How to use the manual switcher?

The manual switcher adapts to the construction of small railway, such as mine, forest farm and port.

Characteristic:

(1) Handle length can scale 290mm, when the switch resistance is small, the length of the handle can be shortened, otherwise, lengthen the length of handle.

(2) In order to reduce the handle stroke, the handle can turns 180 degrees

(3) Both of the expansion and rotation are lefted by two spring pins in the handle sleeve, adjust it and then fall into it.

(4) To overcome the trigger resistance, the handle head is designed as the ball slider structure, and its structure is flexible

(5) The main shaft of the right Angle turning center is equipped with rolling bearing, which improves the service life and precision of the product

(6) A bushing of self-lubricating properties is installed between the shaft holes

(7) The connection between the rod and the switch, use the spinner, during use after installation, it does not have to dismantle the connection pins, it can adjust the opening and tightness of the track switch.
