1. Screw spikes are anchored with sulfur cement mortar. The formula and preparation process of sulfur cement mortar shall comply with the relevant provisions of the code for construction and acceptance of railway track.

2. Before anchoring, sundries in the reserved holes of sleepers and adhesions on spiral spikes shall be removed. Screw spike should be dry and its temperature should be kept above 0?.

3. Anti-anchor should be adopted as anchoring method, and screw spike should be positioned by die. The anchoring slurry is injected into the hole from the pillow bottom, and then is turned over and demolded after solidification. When anchoring, the bottom of the reserved hole should be blocked tightly to prevent slurry leakage, and the spilled residue should be removed and leveled after solidification.

4. The spiral spike shall be perpendicular to the rail bearing groove surface, and the skew shall not be greater than 2. The intersection point between the center line of spike and the rail bearing groove surface should not deviate more than 2mm from the center of the reserved hole, the bottom of the round table of spike should be higher than the rail bearing groove surface, but not more than 2mm, and the pull-out force of spiral spike should not be less than 60kn.
