Product Description:
The 14-ton trolley electric locomotive is a new product specially designed for large-scale mines. The electric locomotive has the characteristics of small size, short wheelbase, small turning radius, fast speed and large traction. It adopts IGBT stepless speed regulation, stable starting and low failure rate. It is a new generation of energy-saving products.

The electric locomotive adopts V-shaped rubber springs, which can withstand vibration and impact in three directions: vertical, horizontal and vertical. Its wing plate adopts rubber elastic wing plate to ensure that the impact of the product is small when passing through the unloading pit.

2. Chopper speed regulation, stepless speed regulation, using chopper speed regulation technology, adding digital voltage display module and lighting power supply module, and the control switch of electronic horn and the control switch of front and rear lights are all built in the chopper driver controller. Easy to operate;

3. Frequency conversion speed regulation, adopts frequency conversion control technology, controls the inverter circuit to convert DC power into AC power, controls AC frequency conversion motor, and the whole machine has no contacts, which greatly prolongs the service life.

Locomotive supporting power supply:

There are three types of locomotive power supplies available: ordinary lead-acid power supplies for locomotives, maintenance-free power supplies for locomotives, and lithium power supplies for locomotives.

Ordinary lead-acid power supply needs to add acid and water to charge, the charging time is as long as 8-10 hours, the working time is 8 hours, and the service life is 1-2 years;

The maintenance-free power supply does not need to add water for charging, the maintenance is simple, the charging time is about 8-9 hours, the working time is 8 hours, and the service life is 1-2 years;

Lithium power supply does not need to add water to charge, and is maintenance-free. It can be fully charged in 2-3 hours, works for more than 8 hours, and has a service life of 5-8 years.
