Henan ZongXiang Heavy Industry Import & Export Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer and exporter of steel rails and railway accessories, has successfully completed the export of 20 tons of high-quality A75 crane rails to Malaysia. The shipment, which departed from the company’s production base in Xinxiang, Henan Province, in mid-November 2025, arrived at Port Klang on November 28, marking another milestone in ZongXiang’s growing presence in the Southeast Asian market.
The A75 crane rail (commonly known as QU70 in Chinese standard, equivalent to DIN536 A75) is widely used in heavy-duty overhead cranes, gantry cranes, port container cranes, and shipyard lifting equipment. With its 75 kg/m unit weight, high tensile strength (minimum 690 MPa), and excellent wear resistance, the A75 rail meets stringent international standards including GB/T 3426-2015, EN 14811, and customer-specified technical requirements. Each rail length in this order was customized to 12 meters to suit the client’s installation needs, and all products passed third-party inspections (SGS/BV) before loading.
This order was placed by a prominent Malaysian engineering and construction group specializing in industrial park development and port expansion projects in Johor and Selangor states. The client selected ZongXiang after a rigorous tender process, citing the company’s competitive pricing, short delivery cycle (35 days from deposit to shipment), and proven track record of supplying crane rails to more than 60 countries worldwide.
Mr. Li Wei, Export Director of ZongXiang, stated: “Malaysia is experiencing rapid growth in logistics, manufacturing, and port infrastructure under the Belt and Road Initiative and its own national development plans. We are proud to contribute high-quality Chinese-made crane rails that help Malaysian enterprises improve operational efficiency and safety. This 20-ton shipment is only the beginning—we have already received inquiries for follow-up orders exceeding 150 tons in 2026.”
The rails were manufactured using premium continuous-cast steel billets with controlled chemical composition (C: 0.65–0.80%, Mn: 0.70–1.20%, Si: 0.15–0.58%) and underwent advanced heat treatment processes to achieve uniform hardness (? 200 HB). Each piece is clearly marked with heat number, production date, and “ZONGXIANG” brand for full traceability.
ZongXiang provided comprehensive logistics support, including fumigated wooden packing compliant with ISPM15, professional lashing and securing inside 40-foot open-top containers, and real-time tracking updates. Full sets of documents—commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, mill test certificate, and SGS inspection report—were delivered promptly to ensure smooth customs clearance in Malaysia.
Since its establishment in 1996, ZongXiang has exported over 200,000 tons of various steel rails (light rails, heavy rails, crane rails, fishplates, and accessories) to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The successful delivery of A75 crane rails to Malaysia further consolidates the company’s reputation as a reliable one-stop supplier for global industrial rail solutions.
As Malaysia continues to upgrade its industrial and logistics infrastructure, demand for high-performance crane rails is expected to rise steadily. ZongXiang remains committed to providing customized, cost-effective, and timely products to support the region’s economic growth.
